The programs I offer include:

Several factors may impact the length of our coaching engagement including the kinds of goals you establish, the way you like to work, the frequency of our meetings, and your financial considerations.  At the core of my coaching is the enhancement of your self-awareness and identification of your behavioral patterns and habits. The neuroplasticity of our brains allows the development of new habit patterns which lead to new behaviors. However, these take time to develop and time to embed. I recommend an initial three month (12 week) session.  We meet one hour per week, usually over the phone. Some of my clients find it beneficial to work together for a longer period of time.

Individual coaching for navigating your journey:

A one-on-one program that focuses on you and your agenda.  We meet one hour each week for twelve weeks.  Email support is available between sessions as well as short “check-in” phone calls. Continuation sessions are available on a monthly basis.

After we have completed your initial coaching engagement, I am available at future times for shorter duration and/or less frequent "check-in" sessions to help keep you focused on your goals and action plans.  The length and frequency of these sessions can be determined on an individual basis.

Group coaching to help navigate challenges common to the group participants:

(Each of these programs is also available through one-on-one coaching.)

There are occasions when group coaching is a very viable and cost effective method.  Group coaching works when participants face similar challenges.  It also offers the built in support of others in the group and a safe environment to explore ideas.  In particular, group coaching works well for entrepreneuers, who want to start or expand their small businesses, and for people with weight or health challenges. Email support and limited individual phone support is available for all participants.

Entrepreneurial Program

This program is designed for the new small business owner:  the small business owner who is contemplating a change in the structure, form or function of his or her business; or the entrepreneur who is contemplating the development of a small business.  It is geared toward helping answer the questions that so frequently plague the new or soon-to-be-new small business owner, “What do I do now, and how do I do it?"  It encompasses the envisioning through planning stages of your business but does not cover financial strategy. Lifestyle Roadmap for Weight Challenges

Weight control must be addressed by lifestyle changes, not by diet alone.  I firmly believe that ongoing support coupled with holding my clients accountable for the actions they commit to take is critical for the establishment of new and successful behavioral patterns.  With my background in health care and nutrition and personal experience with weight challenges, I feel I am very well equipped to help my clients reach their weight loss goals and establish a lifestyle to maintain their weight loss.
